Getting Started
Our application process is simple. Acceptance requirements are not overly stringent and space in courses is not limited. We'll need some information about you as a student and you'll need to provide your records. It can all be done online and our experienced admission team is ready to assist you.
Selecting Classes
Barstow Global Online provides a lower school curriculum that scaffolds learning from kindergarten through fifth grade, enabling your student to build foundational skills as they progress through grade levels. Students have greater choice in electives, AP and Honors courses as they move into middle and upper school. Advisors assist students in making the selections that best fit their abilities and interests, and ensure that all degree requirements are met. Online learning offers a varied selection of classes; math, science, English and history are required.

Flexible Scheduling
Classes are taken from your computer, usually combining videos, reading and writing, projects and shared lessons. Our online classes feel as interactive as a "real" classroom, but the biggest difference is you don't have to arrive before the bell rings. You can report to class according to the schedule you choose, as long as you complete sessions and required work within the course timeframe.
Testing
Tests are administered online. For the sake of accountability, a proctor may be required to make sure test rules are followed. Progress is tracked in a password-protected gradebook.
